Christmas Eve: Receive a warm welcome at The Bear of Rodborough Hotel where the fires will be roaring and indulge in a traditional Cotswold cream tea, which will be served from 4pm. A glass of Champagne will be served compliments of the manager as you sit to enjoy a wonderful four-course dinner. Christmas Day: Start your day with a leisurely full English breakfast and a glass of Bucks Fizz. Our talented head chef and his team present a traditional Christmas Day lunch using only the finest and freshest ingredients. In the afternoon relax and watch the Queen’s Speech or take a walk across Rodborough common and enjoy the breathtaking view over the valleys. Afternoon tea and Christmas cake will be awaiting you on your return. A delicious cold buffet supper will be served from 7pm in the restaurant. Boxing Day: After a hearty breakfast the morning is yours to spend at your leisure. Why not take a drive through the Cotswold villages and discover their wealth of natural beauty and history? But do return in time for our smorgasbord lunch, which will be served from 12.30pm in the restaurant. In the afternoon our sommelier will talk you through a selection of wines from our renowned wine list and give you a few helpful tips to make choosing wine more fun. At 8pm make your way through to the Box Tree Restaurant for our five-course celebration dinner with your fellow guests, after which you can dance the night away to the sounds of the disco. New Year's Day Breakfast today will be served from 9am until 11am. After this we wish you a pleasant and safe onward journey and a Happy New Year.
